By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 398pkr platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 398pkr reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point, including but not limited to government-issued national identity cards (CNIC), passports, or other documents. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended and any balance held pending investigation.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 398pkr. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes after registration. 398pkr reserves the right to verify all account information at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 398pkr will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

• You must notify 398pkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts registered using false or misleading information are subject to immediate closure without prior notice.
• 398pkr may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any registration that it deems to be in breach of these Terms.
• The use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to create or manage 398pkr accounts is strictly prohibited.

398pkr currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. All funds deposited into your 398pkr account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

Deposits are credited to your 398pkr balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the equivalent account currency as determined by the platform at the prevailing rate. For USDT TRC20 deposits, conversion rates are applied at the time the on-chain transaction is confirmed. 398pkr does not charge platform-side fees on deposits; however, your financial institution or wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the 398pkr Cashier at the time of transaction.
• 398pkr reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any deposit before crediting it to your account.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to an account that has been used for wagering activity.
• 398pkr does not accept deposits from payment methods known to be associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals from your 398pkr account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal request is approved. This process may require submission of a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

398pkr aims to process withdrawal requests within the standard processing windows displayed in the Cashier section. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your bank or mobile wallet provider's processing times. 398pkr does not charge fees on withdrawals from its end; third-party charges from your provider may apply independently.

• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if identity verification documents have not been satisfactorily provided.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met in full before the relevant portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• 398pkr reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, pending investigation.
• In the event of a system error that has credited an incorrect amount to your account, 398pkr reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any incorrectly credited funds prior to withdrawal processing.

From time to time, 398pkr offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are clearly stated at the point of claim. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that promotion only.

Bonuses are issued at 398pkr's sole discretion. 398pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, engaging in low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have all bonus balances forfeited and may have their account suspended.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or device.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinated wagering designed to guarantee outcomes or exploit promotional terms.

• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that 398pkr reasonably determines constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information in your account registration or subsequent communications with 398pkr.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 398pkr, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

398pkr provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, the above exclusion applies only to the extent permitted by law.

• 398pkr shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• 398pkr's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.
• You use the Platform at your own risk. Online gaming involves financial risk and it is your responsibility to manage your gaming activity within your personal means.

You may close your 398pkr account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 398pkr will process the closure and return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

398pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that these Terms have been breached, where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or compliance risk, or where required to do so by any applicable law or regulatory instruction. Where an account is closed by 398pkr due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach.

• Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not request account reopening until the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; 398pkr will provide notice before applying any dormancy-related policy.
• Upon account closure, all pending bonus offers and rewards associated with the account are forfeited immediately.

398pkr reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 398pkr will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform interface or by email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 398pkr Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with the termination provisions set out in Section 10 above.
